About Anna Drake Dunkum

Before joining the firm, Mrs. Dunkum served as Staff Attorney for the Chapter 13 Trustee in the Middle District of North Carolina, Greensboro Division. Her legal practice spans multiple jurisdictions, including the United States Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of North Carolina, the Eastern District of Virginia, and all courts in North Carolina and the Commonwealth of Virginia, as well as the U.S. Tax Court.

Anna earned her Bachelor of Arts from Elon University in 2007, followed by her Juris Doctor from Elon University School of Law in 2010. She is an active member of the North Carolina State Bar Association and participates in the North Carolina Bankruptcy Law section.

Currently, Anna is based in our Richmond office, where she continues to provide dedicated legal services to her clients.
