Brandon Thomas Bybee

Brandon Thomas Bybee, a lifelong resident of Virginia, developed a deep connection to Hampton Roads while attending Christopher Newport University. After completing his undergraduate studies, he pursued his legal education at the University of Richmond, where he distinguished himself as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Law & Technology and President of the Moot Court Board.

During law school, Brandon interned at a prominent civil defense firm in Norfolk. Upon graduation, he briefly worked as an Associate at the same firm. However, he soon realized his passion lay in serving the community by representing employees, plaintiffs, and small businesses.

Brandon's practice is centered on medical malpractice, employment law, and civil litigation, with a particular focus on assisting current and former employees with their legal challenges. Outside of work, Brandon enjoys spending time with his wife Ruth, their three children, and their beloved pets Moose, Thor, and Darkwing.
