Everett Lupton

Everett Lupton is a dedicated trial lawyer with extensive experience in both state and federal courts in Virginia and North Carolina. He has successfully tried over a hundred jury trials and numerous bench trials, in addition to representing clients in various arbitrations and mediations.

Primarily focused on personal injury, Mr. Lupton advocates for individuals involved in motor vehicle accidents, tractor trailer incidents, and serious slip and fall injuries, as well as those harmed by animal attacks. His expertise extends to representing injured railroad workers under the FELA and maritime workers in Jones Act and Suits in Admiralty Act cases.

In addition to his plaintiff work, Mr. Lupton has defended clients facing traffic charges in Eastern Virginia and Eastern North Carolina. His legal acumen is further demonstrated through his published articles on legal issues and his role as a speaker at attorney CLE programs.

Mr. Lupton has also contributed to legal education as an Adjunct Professor at Old Dominion University from 2007 to 2013 and as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Tidewater Community College from 2001 to 2007.

A native of Tidewater, Virginia, Mr. Lupton values family time with his wife and two daughters, enjoys outdoor activities, and manages his family’s farm in southern Virginia Beach. He is an active member of a community church in Hampton Roads.
