John M. McCormick is an attorney with a deep passion for entrepreneurship and business development, practicing in Norfolk, Virginia. John graduated from Regent University School of Law in 2010, where he was the Chairman of the Moot Court Board and participated in the Student Leader Advisory Board. After law school, he specialized in real estate and business law across Virginia and North Carolina. His real estate experience includes representing investors, developers, builders, banks, lenders, and individual home buyers in various transactions.

John has managed transactions involving shopping centers, apartment complexes, retail stores, and hotels. His business law practice encompasses advising entrepreneurs, assisting established business owners in mergers, acquisitions, contracts, litigation, and dispute resolution. He has collaborated with a wide array of businesses, from small startups to an international multi-billion dollar corporation. John is licensed to practice law in both Virginia and North Carolina.
