Kelly L. DiCorrado

Kelly L. DiCorrado (formerly Vasta) is a founding member of Infinity Law Group, PLC, serving clients throughout the seven cities of Southside Hampton Roads, as well as Northampton, Accomack County, and Williamsburg/James City County, Virginia. Her legal practice is focused on criminal defense, traffic, juvenile criminal defense, family law, and insurance civil defense. Known for her compassion and commitment, Ms. DiCorrado advocates for those who lack representation, employing her trial skills to effectively navigate the courtroom and litigation process. She is a problem solver at heart, dedicated to finding innovative solutions for her clients' legal challenges.

Before her legal career, Ms. DiCorrado gained extensive experience in the insurance defense industry, most notably as a litigation examiner. This role provided her with in-depth knowledge of the personal injury process, enabling her to adeptly defend her insurance clients.

Prior to co-founding Infinity Law Group, PLC, with Tory Delpierre and Mary Morgan, Ms. DiCorrado was a founding member of Nield, Delpierre & Vasta, PLC. She also worked as an associate attorney at Jon M. Babineau, PC, in Norfolk, Virginia. During her time at Regent University School of Law, she interned at a private practice firm and the Virginia Legal Aid Society, further honing her legal skills.
