John Siegner

John Siegner is a skilled personal injury attorney with Allen & Allen, currently representing clients in Petersburg, Virginia. He brings a wealth of experience from his previous roles in insurance defense and commercial litigation, having tried over 100 cases across the Commonwealth of Virginia and the Federal Court system. His current practice is dedicated to advocating for seriously injured individuals and their families in various personal injury cases, with a focus on automobile accidents.

Before joining Allen & Allen, John spent several years representing defendants and insurance companies. This experience provided him with valuable insights into how insurance companies assess and manage personal injury claims.

John is a proud graduate of James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia, where he earned a B.B.A. in Economics with a concentration in Finance. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond T.C. Williams School of Law. During his time there, he was active on the Moot Court and Trial Advocacy Boards and was a semi-finalist in the 2013 Costello National Trial Competition.

Raised in a military family, John lived in various states across the country, but spent most of his childhood in Stafford and Fredericksburg, Virginia. An Eagle Scout, he enjoys outdoor activities and sports such as lacrosse, basketball, and golf. Additionally, John has a passion for music, having played guitar and keyboard in garage bands, and he still enjoys playing the guitar.
