Travis Moeller

Travis Moeller, an associate attorney at Blair & Kim in Auburn, Washington, focuses on criminal defense, family law, and personal injury law. A recent graduate of Seattle University School of Law, Travis graduated Cum Laude and received CALI awards in Legal Writing and Professional Responsibility, recognizing his top performance in these classes.

During law school, Travis gained valuable experience as a Rule 9 intern at Blair & Kim, actively participating in legal practice during his second and third years. He also contributed as a student fellow at the Fred T. Korematsu Center for Law and Equality and was involved with the Civil Rights Amicus Brief Project. Notably, Travis and his peers successfully argued a case before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, advocating for an inmate's constitutional rights under the First and Fourteenth Amendments.

Before joining Blair & Kim, Travis served as an extern to the Honorable Hollis Hill at King County Juvenile Court, focusing on the Family Treatment Court. This court supports parents needing drug and alcohol treatment, offering an alternative to Dependency Court. Additionally, Travis worked as a research assistant for Professor Carmen Gonzalez and interned with the Moderate Means Program, connecting low-income clients with affordable legal services.

Outside of his professional commitments, Travis enjoys participating in recreational sports and cheering for his favorite Seattle sports teams.
