Zachary B Herschensohn

Zachary B. Herschensohn earned his Bachelor of Arts from Western Washington University in 1997. He then pursued his legal education at St. John's University in New York City, where he actively participated in moot court and excelled as a finalist in the James F. Niehoff trial competition.

Upon receiving his law degree, Mr. Herschensohn returned to Seattle, Washington, to begin his legal practice. He initially joined Levinson Friedman and later became an associate at the Law Offices of Gregory F. Logue. In 2004, he expanded his expertise by joining the national law firm of Brayton Purcell, focusing on litigating cases for injured workers and individuals exposed to asbestos.

Throughout his career, Mr. Herschensohn has consistently represented injured plaintiffs, gaining extensive experience in personal injury and product liability litigation. He has successfully guided numerous cases from the initial complaint through to judgment, assisting clients injured in automobile accidents and those harmed by defective products or corporate negligence.
