Jason Epstein

Jason Epstein has been passionately representing injured individuals since his legal career began in 1999. A native of Seattle, Jason completed his undergraduate studies in Philosophy at the University of Southern California in 1995, followed by his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University, School of Law in 2001. Upon returning to the Seattle area, he established his own firm dedicated to advocating for the injured.

Jason subsequently joined the Law Office of Robert B. Kornfeld, where he specialized in cases involving serious injuries and catastrophic medical malpractice. In 2004, he became part of the Wiener & Lambka team, maintaining his focus on assisting injury victims in achieving full recoveries.

In 2006, Jason transitioned to Graham Lundberg and Peschel as an associate attorney, continuing to concentrate exclusively on injury representation. His dedication led to a full partnership at Premier Law Group, PLLC in June 2007, where he provides exceptional legal services to his clients.

Jason is actively involved in several professional organizations, including the American Bar Association, the Washington Bar Association, and the American Trial Lawyers Association. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington.

His professional development includes completing Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyers College, earning a certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University, and participating in the Trial Advocacy Skills program through the National Institute of Trial Advocacy. Jason is also trained as a Guardian Ad Litem through King County Superior Court.

Beyond his legal practice, Jason is a frequent speaker on various legal topics and founded Teens Against Distracted Driving, a non-profit organization dedicated to raising awareness about the dangers of texting while driving.
