Barry Marc Meyers

Barry M. Meyers is a distinguished attorney based in Bellingham, Washington, with a certification in Elder Law from the National Elder Law Foundation, the only organization approved by the American Bar Association for such certification. Since beginning his legal career in 1983, Mr. Meyers has focused on elder law since 1992. In 2006, he broadened his practice to include in-house Geriatric Care Managers, enhancing services for families.

Mr. Meyers is accredited by the Department of Veterans Affairs (Veterans Administration). He holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California, a Master's degree from the University of California, Davis, and a law degree from Whittier College School of Law.

In his professional journey, Mr. Meyers served as the Past-President of the Washington Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and received the chapter's Outstanding Member Award in 2002. His contributions include serving as a Trustee of the Elder Law Section of the Washington Bar Association and as Legislative Co-Chair.

Mr. Meyers is also a dedicated board member of nonprofit organizations such as the Alzheimer Society of Washington and the Bellingham Festival of Music.
