About Emily Rose
Emily Rose has built a distinguished legal career in Bellingham, Washington. Her journey began with diverse roles, including work in a church nursery and a brief stint at Taco Bell. She also served as a library paraprofessional at the Bellingham and Fairhaven Public Libraries and worked as an office administrator. In 2007, Emily joined the law firm of Britain, Gallery & Vis as a paralegal. During her seven years there, she gained extensive knowledge in estate planning, probate, business, and bankruptcy law. Emily completed the Washington State Law Clerk Program and successfully passed the Bar Exam, leading to her founding of Limitless Law PLLC in 2014.
Emily's educational background is rooted in Bellingham, where she graduated from Geneva Elementary School, Kulshan Middle School, Bellingham High School, and Whatcom Community College. She furthered her education at Whitman College in Walla Walla, Washington, and the Washington State Law Clerk Program.
Outside of her legal practice, Emily is actively involved in education and sports. Since 2016, she has been an adjunct faculty member at Whatcom Community College, teaching business law. Her passion for sports includes playing rugby and roller derby, as well as weightlifting.
Emily is committed to community involvement. She serves on the Board of the Washington State Law Clerk Program and has been part of the non-profit Board for the Bellingham Roller Betties. Her firm, Limitless Law, proudly sponsors the Chuckanut Bay Rugby Club and the Bellingham Roller Betties. Additionally, the firm has participated in Bellingham's Pride Festival annually since 2014 and sponsored the York Neighborhood Yard Crawl in 2018 and 2019.
