Holly Pai

Holly Pai serves as the Managing Partner at Harrison & Pai, PLLC, where the focus is solely on US Immigration and Citizenship Law. Her firm is committed to offering dedicated and personalized legal representation, assisting clients with the intricate and often challenging immigration process.

With a legal career devoted entirely to immigration law, Holly Pai specializes in complex matters such as business immigration, removal defense, waivers, and addressing the immigration consequences of criminal convictions. She has successfully represented clients before the Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR), US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), and the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA).

Holly relocated to Bellingham, Washington in 2015, bringing nearly a decade of experience from her practice in New York City. Her professionalism and expertise in handling complex immigration issues benefit her clients in Northwest Washington State.

A cum laude graduate from Seattle University School of Law, Holly received the Dean's Award for Leadership in Race and Gender Issues. She is a member of the New York bar and is authorized to practice Immigration and Naturalization Law in all 50 states and US territories pursuant to 8 USC 1292.1.
