Kelly LeBlanc

Kelly LeBlanc boasts a distinguished legal career spanning more than 33 years, with 21 years dedicated to serving clients in Washington. She is admitted to practice in five jurisdictions and has represented litigants at both state and federal levels. Before joining Envision Family Law Group as Senior Counsel, Kelly served as an Administrative Health Law Judge with the Department of Health and worked as a Guardian ad Litem in Pierce County.

In her role as a GAL, Kelly was entrusted by the court to investigate and provide recommendations in complex child custody cases, serving as an expert witness in hundreds of cases. Her experience in contested family law proceedings has honed her skills in trial tactics, both as a witness and an advocate. As a Health Law Judge, Kelly presided over licensing and disciplinary proceedings involving healthcare professionals under the Uniform Disciplinary Act, ensuring fairness and integrity in all proceedings.
