Daniel Neal

At the age of 20, Daniel Neal experienced a life-altering event when his father tragically died in a single-car accident. This profound incident inspired him to pursue a career in law, focusing on helping clients navigate the aftermath of traumatic events. His understanding of personal loss enhances his ability to empathize with clients, fostering strong, trusting relationships.

Before joining BGN Attorneys, Daniel honed his skills at Fielding Law Group, where he handled serious personal injury, wrongful death, DUI dram shop, medical malpractice, and construction injury cases across Washington. He also gained valuable experience at a leading personal injury firm in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Daniel's work emphasizes the importance of building connections with clients and their healthcare providers to facilitate recovery and optimize claim outcomes.

Daniel's academic journey began at Monmouth University, where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, complemented by a minor in Forensic Investigation. He furthered his legal education at Roger Williams University School of Law in Bristol, Rhode Island.

Outside of his professional life, Daniel enjoys quality time with his wife and dog, Ranger. He is an avid outdoor enthusiast, engaging in hiking, camping, and kayaking in the scenic State and National Parks of Washington and Oregon. Additionally, he enjoys playing golf and volleyball.
