Doug Weinmaster has dedicated more than 25 years to practicing as a trial lawyer, representing clients in both state and federal courts across Washington. His trial record includes numerous verdicts and settlements exceeding $1,000,000. Doug's expertise spans personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and products liability cases.

Doug's unique insight into the insurance industry, gained from his prior work experience, enhances his ability to effectively advocate for his clients. He understands the industry's evaluation and preparation processes, which is invaluable when negotiating settlements or taking cases to trial.

Doug's journey into law was inspired by witnessing the positive impact an attorney can have on a personal injury victim's life. This experience motivated him to pursue a legal career, culminating in his graduation from Gonzaga University School of Law in Spokane, Washington. In 2001, he transitioned to plaintiff-side personal injury law, where he has since built a strong reputation in the Seattle area, particularly in medical malpractice cases. In 2020, Doug joined Phillips Law Firm to continue his advocacy for injury victims.

Outside the courtroom, Doug enjoys spending time with his family. He is a licensed pilot with flying experience in the Pacific Northwest and Hawaii. Additionally, he has a passion for motorcycles, dog training, hiking, and boating.
