David C. Tingstad

David C. Tingstad has been a valuable member of the firm since 1995, bringing extensive expertise in business and real estate transactions, LLCs, and corporations. He provides comprehensive counsel on business combinations, including asset acquisitions, mergers, and joint ventures. David's practice also focuses on assisting businesses with succession planning, financing, dissolution, and owner disputes.

David is actively involved in the legal community as a member of the Washington State Bar Association’s Partnership Law Committee, contributing to the revision of Washington’s Limited Liability Company Statute. He is also a member of the American Bar Association’s Committee on LLCs, Partnerships, and Unincorporated Entities.

As a speaker for attorney groups, professional organizations, and community associations, David effectively communicates a wide range of legal concepts. Residing in Edmonds, he is dedicated to his community, serving as a Sunday School teacher and youth football and basketball coach. A former college football player, he enjoys challenges such as endurance events and cycling.
