Robert Aaron Silber

Robert Aaron Silber, co-founder of Staton Silber, P.S., brings over two decades of experience in workers' compensation. For the past ten years, he has worked alongside his partner, Natasha Staton, advocating for clients both administratively and in litigation before the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals and appellate courts. Robert's practice emphasizes dignity and individualized client care, dedicating time to understand each client's unique story to achieve the best outcomes.

Robert is a member of the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA) and the Washington State Association for Justice (WSAJ). He has served as Chair of the Workers' Compensation Section within WSAJ, showcasing his leadership and expertise. His active participation in several WSAJ committees, which engage with the Department of Labor and Industries, highlights his dedication to improving workers' compensation law and advocating for injured workers.

Robert's personal journey includes seven years in Hungary, where he met his wife, Nelly. They currently live in Lake Forest Park with their golden retriever, Echo, while their children, Ben and Emma, have moved out. An outdoor enthusiast, Robert enjoys nature adventures, culinary pursuits, and contributing to community organizations to foster a safer environment.
