William O. Kessler

William O. Kessler is a seasoned attorney committed to helping clients achieve their objectives through timely and thorough representation. Based in Edmonds, Washington, Bill integrates his role seamlessly into the broader goals of his clients. He has litigated in Superior Courts throughout Washington and in the United States District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Washington.

Bill has argued cases before the Washington Court of Appeals and has been admitted pro hac vice to various federal and state courts across the United States. His practice encompasses a wide array of business and real estate transactions, including entity formation, partnership/shareholder agreements, commercial lease transactions, and the purchase and sale of real estate, business assets, and entity interests.

In addition to his transactional work, Bill serves as the court-appointed Examiner of Titles for King County registered land matters. His estate planning and administration services include probate, as well as drafting wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. Bill is also committed to community service, actively participating on several nonprofit boards of directors.
