Derek Radtke

With a career rooted in personal injury law, Derek Radtke began his journey while still in law school, interning with a solo practitioner. This hands-on experience provided him with a comprehensive understanding of personal injury cases, from initial intake to final resolution, offering insights beyond traditional academic learning.

After earning his degree from Gonzaga School of Law in 1997, Derek focused almost exclusively on personal injury litigation. Over the next two decades, he honed his skills at two prominent law firms, gaining extensive experience in advocating for those injured due to negligence.

In October 2017, Derek founded the Radtke Law Firm, where he continues to passionately represent plaintiffs in personal injury cases. His dedication to holding negligent parties accountable is driven by a belief in enhancing community safety.

Derek is admitted to practice in all Washington State Courts, the Federal Court for the Eastern and Western District of Washington, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. He is an Eagle Member of the Washington State Association for Justice. Outside of his legal practice, Derek enjoys hiking, traveling, and attending Husky Football games with his family.
