Matthew M Luedke

Matthew Luedke, a native of Washington, graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Communications. He then earned his Juris Doctorate cum laude from Gonzaga University School of Law.

Mr. Luedke is admitted to practice in all courts within the State of Washington, including the Federal District Court in Eastern Washington, and is a VA Accredited Attorney. He is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Washington State Bar Association, Spokane County Bar Association, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), Washington State Elder Law Section, and WealthCounsel.

Since passing the Bar in 2008, Mr. Luedke has focused on Estate Planning and Elder Law. Joining Elevated Estate Planning, P.S. in 2009, he became a Partner and Managing Attorney in 2019. His practice encompasses comprehensive estate planning, including the preparation of Wills, Trusts, and Powers of Attorney, as well as advanced planning like Irrevocable Trusts. He also offers expertise in Trust Administration and Probate, serving as both an advisor and a professional fiduciary.

Mr. Luedke is skilled in advising families on Long-term Care planning, providing guidance on advanced planning, Medicaid Crisis Planning, and navigating the Veteran’s Administration. He helps clients avoid the significant financial impacts associated with Long-term Care needs.

Outside of his legal practice, Mr. Luedke enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters. He has a passion for competitive basketball, photography, and is an avid fan of the Zags. Additionally, he is a Mason and actively volunteers with DeMolay, a non-profit youth organization.

Recognized for his expertise, Mr. Luedke has been selected multiple times to the Washington Super Lawyers List as a Rising Star in Elder Law and is regarded as a Top-Rated Attorney.
