Synthia Melton

Synthia Melton serves as the co-founder and Managing Partner at Dimension Law Group, where she excels in Business Law and Commercial and Residential Real Estate. Her practice encompasses complex transactional and litigation matters, with a focus on assisting real estate investors and small business owners. As general counsel, she supports various small to mid-size businesses across Washington State.

Since 2016, Synthia has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers, an honor awarded to less than 2.5% of attorneys in the state. Her commitment to Seattle's small to mid-size business community is evident in her dedication to addressing their personal, family, and business legal needs. Drawing from her background as an investor, entrepreneur, and attorney, Synthia offers innovative solutions to navigate the complexities of the legal system.

Synthia earned her Juris Doctorate from Seattle University School of Law and her Bachelor’s Degree in Law & Diversity from Western Washington University. Before founding Dimension Law Group, she gained substantial courtroom experience working as a litigation attorney for several law firms in the Seattle area, appearing in both State and Federal Courts.

Actively involved in the community, Synthia contributes to several non-profits, including the College Success Foundation, and serves on the Board of Directors for the YWCA King Snohomish and the Rental Housing Association of Washington. She also shares her expertise by teaching courses on real estate, entrepreneurship, and business law locally.
