Ashton Dennis

Ashton Dennis is a seasoned litigation and trial attorney committed to representing individuals and families affected by serious personal injuries and wrongful deaths. With a focus on holding corporations, government entities, and individuals accountable, Ashton has successfully litigated cases in both State and Federal Courts across the United States.

Ashton received his dual degree in Criminal Justice and Political Science from Washington State University and earned his law degree from Seattle University. His legal acumen has been recognized by several prestigious organizations. In 2014 and 2015, Ashton was honored as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers in Washington State, a distinction awarded to only 2.5 percent of eligible attorneys. Additionally, he was named among the “Top 40 under 40” by the National Trial Lawyers for Washington State and recognized as one of the “Premier 100” trial attorneys by the American Academy of Trial Attorneys in Washington.

From 2012 to 2016, Ashton received the Client Distinction Award from Martindale-Hubbell, reflecting his commitment to client satisfaction. Raised in the Pacific Northwest, Ashton resides in Gig Harbor with his wife, daughters, and their Labrador, Scout.
