About Casey Matthew Arbenz
Casey Matthew Arbenz began his legal career at the Snohomish County Prosecutor’s Office, where he successfully handled several jury trials. Following a brief tenure at the Pierce County Prosecutor’s Office, he joined the Hester Law Group. During his ten-year tenure there, he gained extensive experience in misdemeanor, felony, and civil trials. In February 2019, Casey became a Partner at Puget Law Group, and by January 2022, he advanced to the role of Managing Partner.
Casey is renowned for his vigorous advocacy in civil cases, boasting a 100% trial success rate and having recovered millions for clients affected by negligence. His criminal defense portfolio includes serious felonies such as murder, assault, and drug and firearm possession, alongside complex white-collar crimes like embezzlement and fraud.
His accomplishments have been recognized with the 2012 “Professionalism Award” from the Young Lawyers Section of the Washington State Bar Association. Since 2019, Casey has been honored as a “SuperLawyer,” a distinction held by only 5% of attorneys in the state.
