F. Richard Ricketts specializes in family law, with extensive experience in handling cases involving divorces, annulments, legal separations, child support modifications, parenting plan modifications, and non-parental custody.

A bit about his background: Ricketts was the first in his family to attend college. He joined the Army directly after high school, serving as an intelligence analyst. At just 22, he was recognized for delivering intelligence presentations at the Pentagon for major military exercises.

After leaving the military, he pursued higher education at Seattle University, majoring in Finance. His career path led him to law school, recognizing the unique skill set it offered for the corporate world.

During law school, he was recruited by a Canadian corporation to develop a strategic growth plan for their Seattle business unit, resulting in a permanent position and relocation to Toronto after graduation. Although he enjoyed his role, extensive travel across North America led him to miss the Pacific Northwest.

In 2002, Ricketts returned to the area and launched his own law firm in Tacoma. From the outset, he has been committed to providing value through hard work, reasonable rates, and achieving desired results for his clients.
