Skinner, P.S., which he established in 1996 after leaving his partnership at Zylstra, Beeksma, Waller & Skinner, where he began in 1979. In 2008, he expanded his practice to San Juan County by acquiring John Linde’s law office in Friday Harbor.

With over 32 years of experience, Mr. Skinner has been dedicated to serving clients in Island, Skagit, and San Juan Counties. His practice primarily emphasizes business, real estate, and general civil litigation. In addition to his legal practice, Chris has been active in community service in Oak Harbor. He served as president of the Oak Harbor Rotary Club from 1992 to 1993 and the Oak Harbor Area Council of the U.S. Navy League from 1988 to 1990.
