Jill Collins

After relocating from Texas to Washington, Jill Collins pursued her legal education at Seattle University School of Law, where she graduated Cum Laude in 1998. Her admiration for Washington's vibrant community and stunning landscapes influenced her decision to establish her career there.

Jill's legal journey began in Texas, where she gained valuable experience as a bankruptcy paralegal in Fort Worth. This role provided her with a foundational understanding of bankruptcy law, which she further developed while working with a Chapter 7 Trustee in Seattle during law school.

Since November 1998, Jill has been practicing law with a primary focus on bankruptcy law. Her hands-on experience with clients as both a paralegal and an attorney offers a unique perspective on the bankruptcy process.

Since 2008, Jill has devoted her practice exclusively to consumer bankruptcy cases, assisting clients across Lewis, Thurston, Mason, Grays Harbor, and Pierce Counties. All cases are processed at the US Bankruptcy Court in Tacoma, WA.
