Charles E. Martin

Charles E. Martin, affectionately called Chuck, is a respected Seattle injury attorney with a commitment to upholding the integrity of the legal profession. Raised in a working-class family, Chuck's early life was marked by the loss of his mother to cancer when he was just eight years old. This profound event motivated him to pursue a career in law, a decision that was affirmed by his father's belief in the honor of the profession.

Chuck's educational journey began at the University of Kansas where he earned his undergraduate degree. His path to law was briefly paused as he served as a pilot in the U.S. Marine Corps, earning a Purple Heart and 32 Air Medals among other accolades. After his military service, Chuck utilized the G.I. Bill to attend South Texas College of Law in Houston, renowned for its trial attorney training.

Beginning his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney, Chuck spent four years refining his trial skills. He then established his own firm, initially handling a variety of cases including Family Law and Criminal Law, before dedicating himself to Personal Injury Law. For over 30 years, Chuck has exclusively represented injury clients with dedication and care.

Chuck is licensed to practice law in Washington, Texas, and Colorado, and he maintains a Commercial Pilot's License, reflecting his continued passion for aviation.
