Karen Klein

Karen Klein is a seasoned attorney with more than four decades of experience in employment and business law. She practices in Port Orchard, Washington, and provides legal services to small business clients across Bainbridge Island, Seattle, and Kitsap County. Karen is licensed to practice in the State of Washington, the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Karen is dedicated to understanding her clients' needs and ensuring that business objectives guide her solutions. Her extensive experience includes litigation and employment law, where she assists both individuals and companies in navigating legal and business challenges. Her practice areas include commercial transactions (licensing, contracts, third-party distribution), employment (hiring, firing, disputes), social media policies, and litigation.

Beyond her legal work, she contributes to her community by serving on the boards of Bainbridge Youth Services and Congregation Kol Shalom. Her past volunteer efforts include working at a secondary school in rural Kenya and participating on the Executive Board of the Washington State Bar's Senior Lawyers’ Section, as well as the boards of the Bainbridge Downtown Association and the YWCA.
