Charles Rivoire Hostnik offers extensive legal expertise in both State and Federal Courts, as well as numerous Tribal Courts. With a distinguished 16-year career as a semi-retired Tribal Court Judge, he has presided over cases for 32 different Indian Tribes in Alaska, Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Idaho, Montana, Wisconsin, and Nebraska. Additionally, he has served as a Special Master Judge for the Mashantucket Pequot Tribe in Connecticut and continues to be appointed by tribes as a trial or appellate judge.
Beyond his work in Indian law, Charles maintains an active practice in personal injury, business and corporate law, construction litigation, probate, and real estate matters. His contributions to the legal community include being a contributing author to "Washington Practice," a widely-used reference publication among Washington State attorneys. He has also shared his knowledge as a speaker and instructor at various legal seminars and training sessions, and for several years, he was an annual Guest Speaker on Indian Law at the University of Washington at Tacoma.
Charles has been recognized in Who's Who in American Law, Who's Who in the World, and numerous other Who's Who publications over the years.
