Cinda Scales

Cinda L. Scales has been serving the legal community in the eastern panhandle of West Virginia since her admission to the bar in 1989. She is a distinguished graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law and holds dual master's degrees—an MBA and a Master of Applied Psychology—from Shippensburg University. Her academic journey began at Shepherd University, where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Licensed to practice in both West Virginia and Maryland, Ms. Scales also shares her expertise as an associate professor of business administration at Shepherd University.
