Truman Griffith

Truman Griffith is a dedicated partner at Warner Law Offices, where he passionately represents clients in personal injury cases. With a career spanning many years, he has successfully advocated for thousands of injured individuals, driven by a commitment to defend those affected by corporate negligence and unfair insurance practices.

Truman's community involvement is extensive. He volunteers as a coach for a local high school boys basketball team during the off-season and lectures high school freshmen on the importance of education and the dangers of impaired driving. He also contributes to Beyond the Backyard, a Bobby Warner Charitable Youth Foundation focused on outdoor activities for children.

Raised in Charleston, Truman graduated from George Washington High School in 1996. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Hampden-Sydney College in 2000 and a law degree from the West Virginia University College of Law in 2004, where he participated on the Moot Court Board.

Truman is admitted to practice before the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia, and the state of Colorado. Outside of his legal work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Lindsay Jackfert Griffith, and their children—Madison, Alex, Jack, and Caroline. His hobbies include traveling, running, golfing, coaching his son’s sports teams, and supporting the West Virginia Mountaineers.
