Greg P. Curtis

Greg P. Curtis, a shareholder at Herring Clark Law Firm, Ltd., has been serving clients in Appleton, Wisconsin since 1990. After earning his doctorate in law from the University of Wisconsin Law School, Greg dedicated his career to business and corporate law, estate planning, elder law, real estate, and business succession planning. His expertise in these areas is bolstered by years of experience in forming corporations and limited liability companies, drafting and reviewing contracts, and negotiating complex business transactions. Greg also represents municipalities in various legal capacities.

Greg's legal proficiency is recognized by his inclusion in the Wisconsin Super Lawyer list since 2014, a distinction awarded to only 5% of attorneys in the state. Additionally, a Fox Cities Magazine survey rated him a “premium pick” in wills, probate, and trusts and estates.

Before his legal career, Greg attended Lawrence University in Appleton, where he excelled academically and athletically. He was a three-time All-Time All-Midwest Conference selection as a running back and received an honorable mention for the Pizza Hut All-American team in 1983. In 1986, Greg co-captained the team to a conference championship. His athletic achievements earned him a place in the Oshkosh North High School Athletic Hall of Fame.
