Kristen Sara Scheuerman

Kristen S. Scheuerman began her legal career at the Herrling Clark Law Firm in 2011, following a clerkship with the firm. By 2016, she advanced to the role of Partner/Shareholder. Her legal practice is primarily focused on personal injury litigation, with additional responsibilities in municipal prosecution for a local government.

A native of Appleton, Wisconsin, Kristen graduated from Appleton East High School before earning her Bachelor of Arts from Lawrence University. She spent over five years in the corporate sector before pursuing her legal education at Marquette University Law School, where she received her Juris Doctor in 2010.

Kristen's expertise extends to appellate work across various practice areas. Notably, in 2014, she played a pivotal role in a case before the Wisconsin Supreme Court concerning the rights of injured parties to access UIM and UM insurance coverages during the "Truth in Auto" era. The court's decision, which favored the injured parties, stands as one of Kristen's most significant professional achievements due to its impact on state law and the rights of injured individuals in Wisconsin.

Her professional excellence has been consistently recognized. Kristen has been named to the Wisconsin Super Lawyer "Rising Star" list for several consecutive years. In 2014, she was honored by the National Trial Lawyers organization as part of the "Top 40 Under 40," and she received the Avvo Client’s Choice award for Personal Injury. Further accolades include being recognized as a "Top 10 Attorney Under 40" in Wisconsin by the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys in both 2015 and 2016.
