Allan Michael Foeckler

Allan M. Foeckler has established a respected reputation in Wisconsin's courtrooms through his dedicated approach to personal injury law, achieving numerous successful settlements and verdicts. A graduate of Marquette University Law School, Mr. Foeckler was a member of the Alpha Sigma Nu Honor Society and contributed to the Marquette Law Review.

His professional affiliations include the Milwaukee Chapter of the American Constitution Society, the Wisconsin Judicial Council, the Milwaukee Young Lawyers Association, and the Wisconsin Association for Justice. Mr. Foeckler's commitment to advocating for injured victims has earned him recognition as a Super Lawyer annually since 2012.

In 2017, he received the prestigious Robert L. Habush Trial Lawyer of the Year award from the Wisconsin Association for Justice, following his successful representation of victims involved in the O’Donnell Park garage incident. Beyond his legal practice, Mr. Foeckler actively participates in his community, having served as Interim Mayor of Oak Creek from December 2011 to April 2012. He is also a Trustee of the Wisconsin Civil Justice Education Foundation and a board member of both the Oak Creek Little League and the Oak Creek Library Foundation.
