Jillian Scheidegger

Jillian J. Scheidegger is a seasoned partner at Cafferty & Scheidegger, S.C., where she has been practicing since 2013. Her legal practice is centered on criminal defense and traffic matters, focusing on the representation of both adults and juveniles facing a range of charges, including drugs, sexual offenses, property crimes, alcohol-related issues, and domestic violence.

Jillian is committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients, whether through acquittals at trial or case dismissals. She places great importance on ensuring her clients are well-informed throughout the legal process and understand each step involved.

Admitted to practice in the State of Wisconsin and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, Jillian is also the President-Elect of the Racine County Bar Association. Her professional affiliations include the National Association for Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Wisconsin Association for Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Jillian has contributed to her community as a former mock trial coach at St. Catherine’s High School and has served as county counsel in Racine and Kenosha counties, focusing on voter protection work. Born and raised in Wisconsin, she holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and earned her J.D. from Marquette University. She resides in Racine with her husband, Cole, and their two dogs.
