Neal R. Stelting earned his law degree from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2004. During this time, he was employed at a water-right consulting firm with offices in Laramie, WY, Houston, TX, and Vancouver, WA. Neal became a licensed attorney in the State of Washington in 2005 and in the State of Wyoming in 2006.
The Stelting Law Office was initially established in Jackson, Wyoming, and later moved to Pinedale in 2007, coinciding with Neal's appointment as the contract Public Defender for Sublette County.
