Richard Alan Manning Jr

Richard Alan Manning Jr. has established a long-standing legal career in Jackson, Wyoming, where he has resided since 1972. He achieved a B.S. in Business Administration in 1993 and later earned both his M.B.A. and J.D. in 2002 from the University of Wyoming.

Since his admission to the Wyoming Bar in 2002, Richard has served as General Counsel for RAM Construction. His legal practice encompasses a broad range of areas including business, construction, employment, tax, real estate, and administrative law.

Richard pursued further specialization by completing an L.L.M. in Taxation from Villanova University, with the degree anticipated in the spring of 2017.
