Catherine H Cooper

Catherine H Cooper has been practicing law since 2018, focusing on estate planning, divorce, and probate law with expertise in guardianship and deeds. As a certified Guardian Ad Litem, she is committed to representing the interests of minors in court-appointed juvenile cases.

Catherine earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of Alabama and her Juris Doctorate from the Birmingham School of Law. She is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Bar Association, Alabama State Bar, and the Huntsville-Madison County Bar Association.

Actively involved in her community, Catherine volunteers with the Huntsville Madison County Volunteer Lawyers Program. She is also a member of the Elder Law, Real Property, and Probate and Trust Sections of the Alabama State Bar.

Originally from north Alabama, Catherine now resides in Madison County. She is a proud mother of three grown children and grandmother to three grandchildren.
