Randy Ferguson

Randy Ferguson, a dedicated attorney in Athens, Alabama, was born in San Antonio, Texas. Due to his father's military career, he moved frequently during his youth, eventually attending Fakville High School. From 1975 to 1992, he lived in Hartselle, Alabama. Randy completed his undergraduate education at the University of Alabama in 1988 and earned his law degree there in 1991. He successfully passed the bar exam on his first attempt and began his legal career as a law clerk for the Honorable Thomas Younger at the Madison County Circuit Court.

In January 1993, Randy co-founded Ferguson & Ferguson with his sister, Jackie Ferguson Graham. For 34 years, they have been serving clients in Huntsville and Decatur, Alabama. Randy's practice focuses on criminal and personal injury law, while his sister specializes in divorce and bankruptcy cases.

Throughout his career, Randy has managed over 6,000 personal injury disputes, including wrongful death, car accidents, motorcycle incidents, truck collisions, and slip and fall cases. His efforts have resulted in tens of millions of dollars in recoveries for his clients, with numerous settlements exceeding a million dollars.

Randy has also overseen more than 5,000 criminal cases in North Alabama, ranging from DUIs to capital murder, with over 2,000 involving drug offenses.
