Michael Mitchell

Michael Mitchell grew up in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, where he attended St. Thomas Aquinas High School. In 1993, he moved to Alabama to pursue higher education at Auburn University, graduating in 1997 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. He then relocated to Birmingham to attend Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, earning his Juris Doctorate in 2000. Since then, he has made the Birmingham area his home with his wife, Laura, and their three children.

Over a decade ago, Michael established The Mitchell Law Firm, LLC to focus on representing victims of personal injury and motor vehicle accidents. His mission is to ensure clients receive the compensation they deserve. Michael personally engages with clients, providing regular updates and encouraging open communication for any inquiries.
