Ricky LeBlanc

Ricky LeBlanc holds the position of Managing Counsel at Sokolove Law, where he ensures comprehensive risk management and compliance with judicial advertising regulations in all 50 states. His role includes directing the asbestos specialty area and supervising various legal practice areas such as birth trauma, medical negligence, nursing home mistreatment, and product liability, including pharmaceuticals and medical devices.

Before joining Sokolove Law, Ricky founded and led his own practice in 2006, focusing on personal injury and product liability. His legal career began at Rodman, Rodman & Sandman, PC, where he spent a decade as an associate, gaining experience in multiple practice areas, notably their extensive asbestos practice.

Following the events of 9/11, Ricky volunteered with Trial Lawyers Care, providing pro bono legal services to victims and families affected by the tragedy. He earned his Bachelor of Science, Cum Laude, in History and Education from Fitchburg State College and graduated from Suffolk University Law School.

Ricky is admitted to practice in all courts within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and before the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, the American Bar Association, the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, and The National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Trial Attorneys. Throughout his career, Ricky has represented clients in various trial court systems, before Massachusetts state and local agencies, and the Social Security Administration.
