David Gerszewski

David Gerszewski, an esteemed Estate Planning Counsel and Tax Lawyer, operates the Citadel Law Firm® in Chandler, Arizona. Raised in North Dakota, David relocated to Arizona in 1992 to pursue graduate studies in applied statistics at Arizona State University. His initial career path led him to work for Wall Street investment banks and hedge funds, living in New York and London for nearly two decades.

After transitioning from institutional finance, David ventured into entrepreneurship in Florianópolis, South America, by developing a restaurant franchise concept that expanded throughout southern Brazil. In 2014, he returned to Arizona, where he established his law firm, focusing on serving the east valley community in areas of estate planning, wills and trusts, and tax law.

David's practice designs personalized strategies for estate, business, retirement, and tax planning, coordinating these with clients' existing investments, pensions, life insurance, and annuities. Through a distinct financial planning entity, which is not a law firm, clients can also receive guidance on investment management and life insurance retirement planning strategies (IMLIRP).
