Jeffrey A Schoen

Jeffrey A. Schoen established his law practice in Chandler, Arizona, concentrating on commercial law with a particular emphasis on commercial real estate transactions, finance, limited liability companies, construction law, and franchising. Since 1986, he has served a diverse clientele, including business owners, commercial real estate stakeholders, landlords, tenants, lenders, borrowers, design professionals, and construction contractors. Mr. Schoen holds a B.S. degree in Aeronautical Technology from Arizona State University (1975) and a J.D. degree from the ASU College of Law (1986). Prior to his legal career, he was a pilot instructor in the United States Air Force, achieving the rank of Captain and earning the Air Training Command Certificate of Master Instructor Pilot. He also possesses several Federal Aviation Administration licenses, including Airline Transport Pilot and Certified Flight Instructor credentials.
