Kristy Boehler

Kristy E. Boehler, a partner at the Law Group of Northwest Arkansas LLP, dedicates her practice to agricultural and food law. Growing up on a row crop and cattle farm, she has a deep understanding of the industry. Kristy earned her J.D. from Drake University in 2007, complementing her B.A. in Political Science and Law, Politics, and Society. She furthered her education at the University of Arkansas School of Law, where she received her Juris Doctorate in 2011. During her time there, Kristy contributed to the Arkansas Law Review with her article "Poultry Growers in Arkansas: Agents or Independent Contractors?", 63 Ark. L. Rev. 849 (2010). She also holds a Master of Laws in Agriculture and Food Law from the University of Arkansas School of Law Graduate Program.

Kristy is licensed to practice law in Arkansas, Virginia, and Missouri, and is admitted to the federal courts in Arkansas and Missouri. Her practice ranges from representing small businesses to large corporations, with a particular focus on employment defense.
