Jonathan O. Peña

Growing up in Sanger, California, Jonathan O. Peña witnessed the critical need for accessible legal representation in the Central Valley. This experience fueled his passion for serving those who often go without legal assistance due to financial constraints. Jonathan graduated from Fresno Pacific University with a degree in Organizational Leadership, embracing the principles of servant leadership.

He furthered his education by earning a Juris Doctor from San Joaquin College of Law. During his academic journey, Jonathan gained practical experience as a paralegal, working in Social Security Disability law, estate planning, family law, criminal law, and arbitration/mediation. His dedication to legal excellence was recognized with the Witkin Award for Torts, Real Property, and Wills & Trusts.

As a solo practitioner, Jonathan applies servant leadership to his practice, prioritizing his clients' needs. He is dedicated to representing disabled children and adults in their pursuit of Social Security disability and SSI benefits. Additionally, he assists veterans in obtaining their deserved disability benefits.
