Justin Parviz Farahi

Justin P. Farahi is a highly committed attorney representing personal injury victims across California. Since founding Farahi Law Practice, APC in Torrance in 2015, he has focused on a wide range of personal injury cases, including car accidents, brain injuries, motorcycle crashes, slip and falls, drunk driving incidents, pedestrian accidents, child injuries, wrongful deaths, back injuries, truck accidents, bicycle accidents, defective drugs and products, Uber/Lyft accidents, and dog bites.

Mr. Farahi earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Southern California in 2007 and later obtained his Juris Doctor from Loyola Marymount University. In 2013, he furthered his education with a Master of Business Administration. Admitted to the State Courts of California in 2014, he began his legal career as a Litigation Manager at Rastegar Law Group, APC.

Prior to this role, he gained valuable experience as a Courtroom Intern at McNicholas & McNicholas, LLP. His involvement extends beyond legal practice, as he actively supports law schools and businesses with personal injury law issues and conducts seminars on the subject.

Justin Farahi is passionate about maintaining strong client relationships, often staying in touch even after cases conclude. He has held leadership roles such as President of the Business Law Society and the Loyola Marymount Philanthropy Association.

In recognition of his professional excellence, Mr. Farahi was honored in 2022 with several awards, including Best Law Firm by the American Institute of Trial Lawyers and Lawyer of the Year by the American Institute of Legal Professionals. He is also a member of the State Bar of California, the American Association for Justice, the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, and serves on the Board of Directors for the Consumer Attorneys of California.

Beyond his legal work, Justin Farahi is actively involved in non-profit activities and charity fundraisers, finding fulfillment in helping accident victims recover the resources they need.
