Rozanna Pondeva Gasparian

Rozanna Pondeva Gasparian, the Senior Immigration Courtroom Counsel at Maison Law, brings a profound understanding of immigrant needs, shaped by her own journey to the United States. Her legal career is dedicated to safeguarding immigrant rights and offering pro-bono representation to the disadvantaged.

Ms. Gasparian graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from California State University Northridge in 2009 and earned her Juris Doctorate with scholastic merit from Western State University College of Law. Her extensive experience includes representing thousands of families in proceedings before the Immigration Court, Board of Immigration Appeals, and Department of Homeland Security, including agencies such as USCIS and ICE.

Specializing in family immigration, deportation defense, and business employment immigration, Ms. Gasparian has over a decade of experience exclusively in immigration law. Her expertise in complex cases has been recognized even in matters other attorneys considered challenging.

While in law school, she was actively involved in the Western State Immigration Clinic, providing pro-bono services in Orange County. Her volunteer work extended to Non-Profit Organizations in Los Angeles County, where she offered pro-bono representation to domestic violence victims and interned with a current Immigration Judge.

Ms. Gasparian is a member of the California State Bar, American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), American Bar Association (ABA), Armenian Bar Association, and Los Angeles Women’s Bar Association. She is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of California, the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
