Lubna Khan Jahangiri has dedicated over twelve years to serving the business community in the San Francisco Bay Area. As a seasoned attorney, she provides comprehensive consultation and representation in business and real estate law. Her practice encompasses various transactional matters, including litigation, trials, arbitrations, mediations, civil writ petitions, and appeals related to business, commercial, and real property disputes.
Ms. Jahangiri earned her J.D. (Doctor of Jurisprudence) from Golden Gate University in 2001, graduating at the top of her class. During her time in law school, she was awarded the CALI award for writing and research and obtained specialty certificates in Business and Real Estate law. Her early career included an internship with the California Department of Justice- Health, Education and Welfare, followed by work at an insurance defense firm in San Francisco. Driven by her passion, she established her own practice, advocating for business owners and real estate investors in the Bay Area. Before founding Jahangiri Law Group, she was a successful solo practitioner.
In addition to her practice, Ms. Jahangiri is an adjunct faculty member at Golden Gate University, School of Law, where she teaches Civil Litigation β Pretrial Phase. She also conducts Continuing Law Education classes for attorneys and contributes articles to the Business Law News of the California State Bar's quarterly journal and local newspapers.
Ms. Jahangiri is actively involved in professional activities, serving on the board of directors of the Women's Section of the Contra Costa County Bar Association. She holds a Masters in Psychology degree from Santa Clara University.
