Roger R. Kirnos

Roger R. Kirnos serves as the managing partner at Lemon Law Guide by Knight Law Group, where he champions consumer rights throughout California. He began his legal journey at Southwestern University School of Law, graduating cum laude in the top 10% of his class and earning multiple academic scholarships. During his law school years, he was the President of the Federalist Society and Vice President of the Business Law Society. His notable externships include working with Chief Judge Alexander Kozinski of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and Judge F. Gary Klausner of the U.S. District Court, Central District of California. Kirnos holds a B.A. in Economics with a minor in English from UCLA, where he graduated with Provost Honors.

Since 2013, Mr. Kirnos has been actively prosecuting consumer claims under the Song-Beverly Act and other statutes, including the Consumer Courtroom Remedies Act. He joined Lemon Law Guide by Knight Law Group in 2017 as a Partner, focusing on safeguarding consumers against automobile manufacturers. His litigation experience includes over 30 consumer protection disputes taken to verdict, highlighted by a record-setting $8.2 million verdict against Ford Motor Company.

Mr. Kirnos has an impressive record of briefing over 20 appeals and is admitted to practice in all U.S. District Courts in California. He is a sought-after speaker, having presented at conferences on automotive fraud and best practices for pursuing damages. Additionally, he teaches Continuing Judicial Education courses on the Song-Beverly Act and Consumer Legal Remedies Act.

His commitment to consumer rights extends beyond the courtroom. He is involved with non-profits like Consumers for Auto Reliability and Safety, and he serves on the PAC Board of Consumer Attorneys of California. Recognized as a Super Lawyer Rising Star since 2018, Mr. Kirnos is also an active member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and Beverly Hills Bar Association.
