Estela De Orduna

Maria Estela De Orduna, referred to as "Estela," has been a prominent figure in family law since obtaining her California license in 2006. With nearly two decades of experience, she is renowned for her proficiency in handling family law cases, particularly those involving complex international issues such as asset division and the enforcement of foreign custody and support orders. Estela has occasionally lent her expertise to the U.S. Department of State's International Parental Abduction Unit.

Estela excels in strategic planning for divorce, focusing on property division, disclosure requirements, and custody and visitation disputes. She is adept at navigating jurisdictional challenges in divorce and child custody cases, and she effectively determines custody and visitation rights. Her skills extend to addressing domestic violence cases and collaborating with immigration attorneys on family law matters, including VAWA and U Visa applications.

Estela holds an LL.M. from the University of San Diego (2002) and a Juris Doctor from Iberoamericana University (1990).
